These Terms govern the relationship between SOTKO MARKETING OY (Y-tunnus 3497458-3) and its clients ("Client").
1. Scope
Services are delivered as defined in a signed Statement of Work or proposal.
2. Fees and payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days net. Late payment interest follows the Finnish Interest Act (633/1982).
3. Intellectual property
Final deliverables are transferred to the Client upon full payment. SOTKO retains the right to use sanitized case study data for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential for a period of 5 years.
5. Liability
Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 6 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
