1. B2B services
As a B2B marketing services provider we do not offer general refunds for completed work. Cancellations of monthly retainers require 30 days written notice.
2. Pro-rated refunds
If a milestone is cancelled before delivery, fees are pro-rated based on hours invested and reported.
3. Consumer rights
Where Finnish consumer protection law applies, statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by this policy.
4. Disputes
Any refund dispute should first be raised in writing to our team for a good-faith resolution within 14 days.
